Responsibilities and Requirements : Summer Associate ProgramThe candidate will interact with fellow summer associates, attorneys and staff. Work on pro bono projects, such as guardian ad litem trials, and manage client contact and gain court experience. Attend depositions, mediations, closings, client meetings, trials and other business activities. Participate in our substantive training sessions, incorporating business and litigation skills. Attend all associate training sessions available throughout the summer. Patent Fellowship program is offered for second-year law students who have a technical background and an interest in a patent procurement practice. Second-year and pre-clerkship third-year law students can apply.
