Responsibilities : Provides each customer a complete and accurate hand receipt through Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced property book automated hand-receipts in binders with accompanying documentation as directed by the Accountable Officer and IAW applicable guidance.Issues clearance memorandums in accordance with established turn-in procedures.Processes property transactions using manual or automated DA form 3161.Provides support to inventories by military units and installationsProvides support to monthly reconciliation of hand-receipts, to include updates through Property Book Unit Supply enhanced .Correctly catalogs all property prior to Accountable Officer approval to post to the Property Book through .Maintains current records of individuals authorized to initiate property transactions.Maintains an accurate inventory of all non-expendable items owned or controlled by Command or its tenant organizationsFollows Installation Property Book Officer approval; prepare and process Administrative Adjustment Reports (DA Form 4949).Provides required reports/data to the Accountable Officer.Coordinates with AMC/DOL/designated representatives in support of efforts required by this PWS and as directed.Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. 

Requirements : Demonstrated leadership experience, such as Platoon Sergeant or Property Book Team Leader, or 90 days experience as DI Supply Technician. Has at least three to five years of property management experience or 90 days as a DI Supply Technician. Must be proficient in Property Book Unit Supply-Enhanced (PBUSE) to update and post property book transactions. Must possess the ability to independently analyze and resolve difficult issues and problems in the assigned area of responsibility involving accountability processes, work methods, supply data management or day-to-day operational procedures to manage complex classified supply programs.
