You will be based at Consumer Loan Center in the historic strip district of Pittsburgh, where more than 500 other Operations employees work in a team oriented atmosphere. Your position will combine autonomy and strong support, as you use your experience to help retail and  business customers with past-due accounts. Each week will follow a predictable rhythm which can accommodate a varied schedule.  Every day, you'll draw upon your maturity and diplomacy to determine the reason payments were missed, help explore credit management opportunities and help customers make payment arrangements.
