Responsibilities : The Manager will be responsible for the success of both the culinary and food service operation.The Manager will develop menus as well as manage a team of associates in an efficient and professional mannerRecipe to Succeed:Assists in all phases of planning, budgeting analysis, and reporting relating to the operation as well as controls account expenditures and obtains maximum utilization of account resourcesDevelop short and long-term financial and operational plans in support of the overall objectives of the company, and monitor and maintain performance, and product and service qualityAdvocate preventative maintenance and security functions that protect physical assets and personal safety of employees and customersCoordinates activities for food service operationsDirect liaison with client, conducts all hiring & training of associatesAssumes food quality & profitabilityNecessary Ingredients.

Requirements :Bachelor's degree in food service, nutrition or related field is required2-4 year degree HRIM or culinary is preferred3-5 years progressive hospitality experience is desired2-3 years experience working for a food service management company is preferred.Demonstrated profit and loss management ability and client relations success is essentialRequires operations management experience with purchasing knowledgeExcellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office productsGreat People.
