We are seeking candidates for an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Area Manager.
This position contributes to National Entertainment Network's success by:
*Leading and managing one or more of the National Entertainment Network Operations offices, this position is responsibility for executing the product merchandising strategies of the National Entertainment Network LOB's and other service customers.
*Participating as a part of the Regional Leadership Team, managing and growing the business, mentoring people, and managing key customer relationships in an office area.

*Ensures the maximization of revenue and minimization of cost within area they lead.

Summary of key responsibilities:
-Manages the overall P&L for the area, including containment of cost, and driving of revenue in all lines of business.
-Hires, trains, manages and mentors Team Leaders and other key people in the office and in the field.
-Ensures customer relationships in key accounts are managed effectively and with attention to their needs.
-Produces strategies, plans, and projects that effectively run the business.
-Handles all challenges within the field.
-Works with other areas of Operations group to gather reports and information that assist the business to run.
-Travels to other offices within the area to keep people connected to the business and to handle senior leadership issues such as staffing issues, facilities issues, and key
customer issues.
Required Qualifications
-2-4 year college degree in business or related field (additional experience may replace the college degree).
-5-8 years of experience in an operational role that is focused on field service and/or high customer interaction. Background in route merchandising environment is highly
desirable.
-Experience managing people in a high-activity environment.
-Experience interviewing, hiring, training, and managing people.
-High energy and a passion for customer service.
-Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
-Consistent management to goals and objectives. Able to read and manage financials for a business.
-Able to travel at least 25% of the time.
-Ability to read financial and other data reports to manage the business.
-Pre-employment drug screens, background checks will be conducted for all candidates. A history of a safe driving record is essential.
-Ability to use Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
