Rate :- $40/Hr On W2


Job Description :-

The duties of this position: Work with business and technology leads to identify the appropriate data for testing, and prepare that data for the test cases.
Assist Application Developers and technical support staff in identifying and resolving problems as well as tweaking individual components for optimum performance.
Resource will facilitate resolution and communication of cross-application/organization architectural issues and decisions.
Assess and revise test sequence and scope based upon test results and/or changes in product design.
Coordinate component, system and documentation testing with the appropriate technical groups and Release Management. Document test procedures and findings.
Reconcile test results from different tests and different groups.
Assess readiness and deviation of product/project performance based upon test results and product specifications.
This position will support various business sections of this department including Revenue, Hotel Interface, Sales and the corporate Intranet.


Skillset / Requirements :-

LoadRunner expert preferred.
Perform problem solving analysis and root cause for system functionality and testing challenges using LoadRunner Analysis Tool
Experience of testing methodology with automated test/load tools (LoadRunner).
Experience testing various protocols including http/html, Webservices, Ajax, and GWT
Analyze, interpret, review design specifications
Create specifications for test data, test environments and Applications under development to facilitate automation.
Understanding of SOA and the testing required within.
Excellent understanding of Java/J2EE development and testing Web/ applications. UNIX experience is also required for log traceability.
Ability to diagnose Web/App server performance issues/troubleshooting using LoadRunner J2EE Diagnostics/Deep Diagnostics.
