We are seeking Desktop Support for our Torrance, CA location.

Major Duties and Responsibilities: Performs desktop computer preventive maintenance and accomplishes all corrective maintenance procedures. Aids less technically qualified staff during modification and upgrade of microcomputer-based PC equipment. Possesses knowledge of maintenance structure including Quality Assurance, Logistics and Work Control procedures. Required to assist these departments during training programs. Assists in providing operating system and applications software-troubleshooting support to staff and customers. May be required to provide training in a one-on-one environment. Provides Level I/Level 2 problem resolution and Trouble Ticket responsiveness at the local Help Desk, Performs other duties as assigned.
