Responsibilities: Through face-to-face interactions with customers, you will have the opportunity to provide top-notch customer service by handling financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you will be contributing directly to the success of the firm by recognizing opportunities to make sales referrals to appropriate branch staff. Candidates selected for this position will commence their employment subject to the payroll, polices and benefit plans in place for heritage WaMu employees at the same or similar levels. Candidates who remain employed will transition to JPMorgan Chase plans and policies at the same time as heritage WaMu employees, which is expected sometime in 2009. Requirements: High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent required Minimum 6 months cash handling experience in a high-volume production environment is a requirement. Teller and/or retail sales experience strongly preferred Strong math & computer experience strongly required Detail Oriented and organized Strong listening and verbal communication skills Ability to refer or cross-sell financial products and services..
