Responsibilities: Establishes, develops and administers the objectives of the Maintenance, Engineering and Grounds departments for Resurrection Medical Center through the management of human and material resources. Establishes and maintains standards of operation, policies and procedures and required staffing levels that facilitates programs for maintaining/improving the condition, safety and security of the RMC facilities. Ensures compliance with all state, federal and local safety requirements as well as accreditation such as the JCAHO Environment of Care Standards. High school diploma is required. Trade apprenticeship of 3 - 5 years, on the job trade experience or a college degree in a technical area, e.g., electrical or mechanical engineering. Three to five years of supervisory experience required. Has seven (7) or more years experience managing construction/renovation projects from program development through occupancy. .
