Management of personnel resources, including regional assistants, district sales and major account personnel and independent representatives and distributors. Prepare 12-month rolling forecast by sales territory. Review achievement of target accounts and propose and implement corrective measures where necessary. Develop, with National Sales Manager, strategy for penetrating and increasing business at target accounts including 2-4 monthly visits, close scrutiny of reps and personal accountability for detailed follow up. Implement targeted sales strategy, focused on mobile communications and computing markets with concentrated efforts on selected OEMs selected by mutual agreement of rep and RSM. Direct selling strategy on key opportunities, including pricing, service, investment, risk, scheduling and technical promotion issues to achieve successful design win. Provide communication support to reps and remove internal obstacles to sales success by communication and follow up with HRUS and HRSJ, enlisting National Sales Manager as needed. Recruit, train and manage reps and office personnel. Implement actions to increase effectiveness of individual reps to achieve design wins. Foster effective distributor relations in region so that small accounts and after-market customers are properly serviced. .
