Responsibilities : Support the continual improvement of processes and systems by identifying, recommending, and ultimately implementing improvement opportunities within the overall Supply Chain Management systems.Provide support to Global Managers on applications. Coordinate issue resolution with IT as needed. Resolve Business issues directly with global user base. Provide training to the user base in support of this activity.Provide Administration support for -managed applications and the website.Primary Responsible for the central Administration and support activities required for global Supply Chain applications. Provide backup administration support of the Website and other applications.Responsible for training and support of Sub-Administrators and Regional Managers who provide non-central maintenance for applications.Create and maintain documentation of the processes, work instructions, training material and value stream maps for applications and business activities.Responsible for the development of training materials and the delivery of effective process training to global users for applications.Work with Business Owners and IT Business Analysts to identify and recommend improvement opportunities within processes and applications.Manage approved projects using approved SDLC methodology for project management.

Requirements :Engineering, Marketing or Finance Bachelor's degree preferred.Must have working knowledge of statistical analysisA minimum of 3 years experience in the automotive industry preferredWorking knowledge of supply chain and related processes.
