Responsibilities : Ensures compliance with regards to training. Develops new training modules that are critical to employee training. Manages the validation of the LMS system and integration with Agile. Develops QA/Compliance training modules for all AMO sites. Supports on-going training initiatives. Develops and implements methods for training effectiveness verification. Creates a process to train the trainer. Writes and maintains training procedures. Conducts classroom and web training for AMO employees. Keeps track of training records and checklists for QA. Evaluates and ensures compliance with new and/or revised standards, including new Abbott requirements regarding training. Will support AMO manufacturing sites for training activities. Will support the LMS Agile interface project. Manages TechStreet activities. Works on Abbott gap assessments with regards to training. Works across departments to ensure adherence to compliance training requirements.Experience.

Requirements : 6 years experience in a medical device regulated industry. MS Office Suite, Web based applications for training (LMS), Agile experience. Experience with training in a GMP/ISO environment.
