This includes the creation of a field assignment plan with region, local sales managers, Account Management and Solution Strategists support. This plan will include creating value for the sales organization and participation in demand generation activities. Develop and leverage sustained trusted relationships with CA's internal resources, external partners, senior client technologists and other key CA personnel. This will be accomplished by gaining technical credibility through thought leadership, collaboration, customer/partner advocacy. Lead and participate in demand generation activity for North American Sales Organization to increase the PPM sales funnel nationwide. Sales Organization Focus: Resource to the sales organization and used where the sales team can create value for customers and partners. Customer Focus: Effectively and compellingly communicate capabilities and vision for solutions by coordinating or conducting demonstrations, whiteboard discussions, enablement plans and presentations. Collaborate with account team to map CA technology to the customers'/partners business drivers utilizing the CA need-based sales methodology. Understand and articulate technology vision and strategy and communicate its business value and impact. Coordinate execution of proofs of concepts, partner enablement plans and proposed deliverables.
