Responsibilities : Responsible for the Planning and Coordination of Nurse Call In-Service Training Plans for Acute Care Hospitals and other end users. Essential Duties and include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Conduct a needs assessment for training, writes a training syllabus and conducts presentations to clinical managers or others for approval. Prepares appropriate materials to achieve training initiative. Schedules with managers to ensure attendance by all staff. Prepares tests for staff to ensure basic understanding is achieved. Conducts training meetings for staff and super users. Trains and assist clinical managers with reports and software use. Confers with project personnel to provide customer relationship advice and to resolve problems.

Education and/or Experience Must have working knowledge of GE Telligence Nurse Call System. Must have proven background in Nurse Call Training. Must have knowledge and understanding of clinical work environment with a clinical background preferred. Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience, or Associate's Degree plus four years or High School plus six years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. A Valid driver's license in good standing.
