Responsibilities and Requirements : We are looking for a Product Manager to assume responsibility to drive overall global product introduction in the market and to be responsible for maximizing the product business. include: - Develop and maintain the product business plan around 4P (Price, Product, Place, Promotion) together with Global Marketing. - Manage communication and relationship with Global Marketing, Sales Regions/Market Units and Content & Services for assigned product. - Work with both Development and Sales & Marketing organization to manage market expectations/trends vs product capabilities. - Manage the information feedback from various areas and sell-in the product across areas/regions together with Global Marketing. - Prepare and present products for product development Tollgate approvals, including risk assessment, business case analysis and recommendations. - Prioritize additions, improvements and corrections across incoming colliding (product) requirements. - Assess any deviation from plan in terms of product attributes, requirements, financial and logistic KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and initiate corrective actions informing and/or escalating in the process. - Drive Product Management issues in cross functional development teams, and lead projects outside the immediate product responsibility in cross functional settings. - Be the speaking partner to, provide the daily guidance to and joint problem solving with Program Management (Development), providing product related guidance to a development project/maintenance project. - Ability to travel ~25% of the time both domestically and internationally.
