Responsibilities and Requirements : The Business Analyst will be responsible for: Interpret production trends and abnormalities in order to determine root causes Resolve specific questions about specific applications Find Solutions to complex business questions Coordinate community care and services as deemed appropriate. Role EssentialsBachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Proficient with PL/SQL, Oracle, SQL Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Tools Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications, including Work, Excel and Access Self-Directed-minimal need for supervision Role Desirables Knowledge of Oracle Application Express APEX Experience with Java structure and design elements and HTML. Knowledge of health insurance industry and practices Experience using Oracle database in a Windows environment Reporting RelationshipsYou will report to the Information Management Manager within Humana Cares. This area is under the direction of Information Management Director reporting to the President of Humana Cares Additional Information In this role you will be working with multiple IT and business areas, including claims provider, call centers and support process and operational areas Minimal Travel Required.
