Responsibilities and Requirements : A SQL Server DBA Will deal with production issues Good hands-on SQL Server DBA Someone familiar with recovery efforts Experience working with Multiple Databases someone capable supporting production environment Will support several instances of SQL with quite a few in production and recovery nice to have (Should have at least 1 of these 1. SQL Tool (advent uses this tool for recovery) 2. Spotlight Monitoring 3. supported more than 10 production environments.
