Responsibilities : The business operations function is building the capability to define and drive an overall product strategy to align Product Operations, BU and corporate goals focused on driving business growth. The Director of Strategic Planning will be responsible for driving the Product Operations strategic planning process, coordinating goals and goal setting activities for Product Operations and broader product related company initiatives, assessing imbalances of investments, and identifying & driving strategic initiatives for the company to capture untapped potential and cover vulnerabilities. Develop processes and frameworks to assess strategic options and determine direction for BUs, Product Operations and the company Lead sessions with technology and executive leadership (e.g., CTO, GMs) as part of Strategic Planning process Work closely with Corporate Development, Strategic Marketing and Finance to align goals and develop the annual operating plan Analyze the storage industry. Identify opportunities to take advantage of and threats to cover; coordinate activities to brainstorm, debate, prioritize and execute responses to opportunities and threats Drive a process to assess make, buy and partner alternatives including driving the assessment of potential partner and acquisition candidates. Develop processes to determine when and how to fund new initiatives, and when to evolve them to next stage.

Requirements : Strength in strategic thinking and operational execution. Strong interpersonal, influencing, communication and presentation skills. Successful demonstrated leadership of cross-functional teams. Track record of driving change in executive processes & behavior, in a dynamic environment Ability to understand storage industry trends and resulting opportunities and threats. Ability to effectively lead market research and trend analysis efforts. Support Pricing team and other strategic projects within Product Operations 5 years working within high technology strategy, planning or marketing/product management, A minimum of 15 years of experience is required. - A Bachelor of Arts of Science Degree is required, or equivalent experience. - Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, extremely complex technical projects.Posting CategoryBusiness OperationsMarketing
