Responsibilities : Manage Internal Audit and overall 404 testingexecution throughout Maxim (i.e. both financial and operationalaudit), utilizing internal and outsourcedstaff.The position reports to the Managing Directorof Internal Audit. Level to vary based on experience andqualifications.There will be significant exposure to seniormanagement throughout the organization, with opportunity to rotateinto other areas such as Corporate Accounting in thefuture. Make recommendations that add value ensuring maximumpayback to the entity or process under review. In addition, thisindividual will work closely with managers and partners from thirdparty organizations providing joint internal audit support. Theindividual must demonstrate energy, as well as strong analyticalskills and judgment.Assist the Managing Director ofInternal Audit in creating a strong newly-launched Internal Auditfunction at Maxim.Strongunderstanding of Internal Controls evaluation and testing knowledge of typical key controls, experience interacting withexternal audit management in evaluating design as well asdeficiencies.

Requirements :Bachelor in Accounting or other analyticaldiscipline. MBA, IT and/or languageskills.Excellent verbal and written communication and presentationskills.Stronginterpersonal skills ability to work closely with people atall levels of the organization and facilitate the implementation ofcorrective action.Projectmanagement experienceWillingto travel up to 50% of the time to locations throughout theworld.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well asother typical audit tools: ACL, workbench software,etc.If you do not see a position in your area of expertise, please provide us with your resume and contact information for future consideration.
