Responsibilities : Responsible for managing Steakhouse kitchen and all kitchen personnel, ensuring the quality preparation of foods and presentation of all menu items and the proper handling and storage of all food items in accordance with established company standards, and sanitation and health regulations. Will be instrumental in development of menu selection and purchasing of all food items while maintaining approved food and labor costs.

Requirements :Requires a minimum of five years Culinary education or combination of education/work experience. Must be computer literate and possess a safe food handling certificate. Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Requires working knowledge of computers.
