Responsibilities :  The Business Transformation Consultant will provide our client with business system transformation support.The plan is to standardize and optimize end-to-end processes, data definitions and models, and technology solutions for business operations. Specific responsibilities include: Support process re-engineering efforts.Manage new requirements.Support/Develop executive and senior management briefings.Conduct change management activities related to transformation efforts.Assess existing financial business systems for functional, compliance, best practice, performance and security gaps then document technical requirement gaps.Identify business system requirements and ensure they meet business transformation goals. Document financial business system requirements required to support re-engineered business processes and track them in a traceability matrix system.Create meeting agenda, briefings, research papers, and data analysis needed.Participate in meetings and prepare minutes as appropriate.Organization: Health & Public ServiceLocation: Clarendon, VA The Health & Public Service operating group serves health organizations, government agencies, institutions and nonprofit organizations worldwide providing a broad range of consulting, technology, system integration and business processing services. Job Description Service Delivery professionals are responsible for providing service delivery across the breadth of offerings such as accounting, information technology, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services, procurement, learning and training, and human resources. Requirements ::Must have active TS/SCI clearance2 years of Functional consulting experience including but not limited to the following: management, and/or Process design/re-engineeringBachelors DegreePreferred Skills:Understanding of government finance, HR, acquisitions and logistics operationsExperience with PeopleSoft Core Financials and Asset Management/Supply Chain Management ModulesFederal Government Asset Management/Supply Chain.
