.Net Architect V - (US-MD-Bowie - 20721) Minimum Education: None Job Type: Full Time Email this job to yourself or to a friend | Job Match Test | Resume Guide Click Here to Apply Online Responsibilities : Collaborate with product line managers, corporate executives, engineering staff, and product consumers to convert visionary concepts into enterprise-class systems; Responsible for defining, estimating, planning, and executing projects to develop logical and physical designs for multiple project initiatives; Aid project teams in the conduct of requirements, design, and coding reviews and inspections to ensure the product is robust, extensible, and scalable; Mentor and guide senior developers on tactics and approaches for architectural design, dependency management, and software development; and Design, write, test, deploy, and maintain Microsoft SQL and .NET software. Guide and contribute extensively to the ongoing development, review, and adoption of corporate engineering policy and best practices; Actively participate in the dissemination of information and education of staff through formal and informal presentations and training events; Understand Agile with Scrum project management practices and assist software development teams in its full adoption; Lead and nurture internal technology user group organizations and projects; and Evaluate, select, procure, and implement 3rd party software as owner of corporate product standardization initiative; assist in the distribution and management of product licensing as needed; Collaborate and develop professional relationships with external software vendors in the pursuit of information and corporate adoption of technologies; and Research and present new technologies, design patterns, and practices.
