Responsibilities : The ANSS - System Specialist Functional Lead role is responsible for overseeing all Real Property activities including FPL management, Hotline/Warmline management, Release and Transition Support and Production Support,The Real Property Sustainment Team Lead will also assist with staffing, career development, budget forecasting, work planning, and performance feedback for functional team members.  Key Work closely with client and teaming partners to support Sustainment mission and oversee completion deliverables on schedule and with high qualityAdhere to Sustainment processes and proceduresBatch error resolution and performance tuning supportOn-call support rotationResolution to system transactional errorsResolution to hotlines/warm lines (break/fix requests)Review and approve Real Property detailed functional requirements and designs to address system change requestSupport project estimatingLimited travel to other client sites as requiredSatisfactory submittal for government background investigationSome travel to local client sites may be necessaryWill be required to carry on-call pager on a rotational basisSubmittal for Department of Defense background investigationOrganization: Application Outsourcing

Requirements :2 years SAP experience1 year MS ExcelMust be US Citizen, no dual citizenships Preferred Government industry experienceFamiliarity with SAP Flexible Real Estate and Project Systems module functionalityFamiliarity with integration architecture transactionsGovernment security clearanceStrong skills in MS-ExcelExperience supporting teams in a matrix environment  Professional SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong client interaction skillsAbility to work well in a team settingCandidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
