Responsibilities : Scope: Trade lifecycle management post execution including, settlement, risk management, and client service.Role: A Client Processing Representative manages a selection of client accounts dealing with Global Fixed ome OTC based products. The position is responsible for servicing institutional clients, acting as a liaison between our Sales Trading Desks and Operational teams, minimizing risk to , and maximizing profit by protecting and enhancing client trading relationships.Product Coverage: Fixed ome OTC transactions include rate swaps, credit default swaps, cross currency swaps, swaptions, caps, floors, FRAs, Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDO) and CDS on Asset Backed Securities.Develop and maintain client relationships across all Global Fixed ome OTC productsResponsible for the timely and accurate daily settlement confirmationResolve and verify post-settlement issues and discrepancies with clients and Sales and Trading deskCollaborate with Operational management, sales and trading desks to diminish risk through escalation and strong communication.Develop and improve existing processes and reportingLiaise with teammates and managers daily to provide client service, risk management, and superior Operational controlsWork as part of the Global Settlements Team to assist with the development and testing of internal system enhancements and implementation of global consistency.

Requirements :Bachelors DegreeSuperior aptitude to understand, utilize, and improve technology platformsStrong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and communication skillsProven ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast paced multi tasking environmentSkills DesiredDesired relevant work experience with Fixed ome OTC products and related fieldsDesired Fixed ome OTC process, risk management and related regulatory expertiseDesired industry knowledge of Fixed ome OTC processing including the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation.
