Responsibilities : Prepares scheduling for new fuel sales, defueling and refueling of aircraft and performs fueling defueling functions.Ensures that the coordination and communication between all departments that utilize Fuel Farm services is continuous, produces acceptable productivity, and a smooth transition between shifts.Ensures efficient tracking of all fuel equipment, including trucks, tanks, filters, pumps, etc.Promotes a culture of safety by monitoring self and others to assure all duties are performed within the guidelines as specified by the Team Member Safety Manual.Provides and maintains safe departmental operation and ensures all safety procedures and programs are followed at all times by all employees.Provides an analysis in evaluating equipment for serviceability and accomplishes all functions in a cost-effective manner.Responsible for the overall operation of the Fuel Farm and coordinates Fuel Farm requests with other departments.Interacts effectively with members of management, other departments, and co-workers.Secures, monitors and controls Fuel Farm areas and maintains accurate storage levels and proper display of equipment.Works with maintenance concerning required fuel services for specific jobs.Monitors the Fuel Farm storage areas and ensures these areas are clean.Capable of handling all Fuel Farm duties associated with this position.Maintains a clean and professional work environment.

Requirements :High school graduate or equivalent required.Capable of controlling tracking procedures of equipment.Must be a self-starter.Effective time management skills and efficient work load planner.Valid driver license with driving record that meets insurability requirements to operate a company vehicle.Must possess Fuel Farm knowledge pursuant to ATA 103 and Case 2A.Familiarization with TIMCO/Customer fueling procedures.
