Responsibilities and Requirements : Summer Associate Program, 2010Summer associates participate in the day-to-day practice of law including assignments ranging from requests for legal memoranda addressing issues arising in ongoing cases, to drafting various motions as well as all aspects of the preparation of cases for trial. Will be invited to attend depositions, product inspections, meetings with expert witnesses and clients, and to offer support for courtroom appearances and other activities to provide insight into the daily practice of law at the firm. Second year law students are considered.
