Responsibilities : Director of Project Management ( Audience Network - Santa Monica, CA) FAN Director of Project Management serves as the primary stakeholder for planning, tracking and overseeing the execution of web-based software products and related systems. At FAN, project management serves as the gatekeeper between the needs of the business and the technical resources required to execute against them. Project managers at FAN coordinate with divisions outside of the technology group: sales, marketing, product management, legal, finance, etc. Duties: Direct management of all project management resources including assignments, mentoring, staffing, administration, and performance reviews Drive accountability across cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, business development, technology) towards critical milestones and deadlines Ensure requirements and priorities are thoroughly defined and documented with all business stakeholders Ensure implementation plans and dependencies are thoroughly defined and documented with all technical stakeholders Management of technical integration efforts with external partners Budget and matrixed resource management Assessing and reporting project status, and escalating risks to senior management Plan, organize, lead and summarize team meetings (both standing and ad-hoc)

Requirements : Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through the entire product and software development lifecycles Knowledge of online ad system technologies (e.g., ad serving & optimization, targeting) Technical Bachelor's degree at minimum (MIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering) E-commerce software development and/or project management experience A minimum of 5 years of project or program management experience in the web application space A minimum of 3 years of experience as a supervisor of other project managers Tools/Skills: Hands-on experience with agile, critical path and waterfall methodologies Ability to identify and keep track of project tasks, system defects, and backlog.
