Evaluates the PME resolution process for process improvements using Lean Six Sigma techniques and/or Project Management techniques. 3. Evaluates the buy-to-pay process to identify efficiencies and prevention of PMEs. 4. Manages the Pcard program for the MAS Region (Health Plan and Med Group). 5. Partners with IT and business partners in the Region to identify, implement, and manage an automated Pcard application and approval process. 6. Works with management on special projects as needed, such as the Purchasing Journal. 7. Represents MAS interests on national teams that support the materials function. 8. Advises management of unusual situations or of requests for items that are in violation of national contracts and national standards set by Program office. 9. Trained as a Procurement Consultant to assist the department when needed. This includes training on issuing medical and non medical POs, Capital POs, POs for Special Projects, updating the item master, managing customer service, expediting orders, etc. Requirement - Relevant Years of
