Responsibilities and Requirements : Analyze and review lease documents for accuracy and contentGenerate requests for owner paymentsInput and maintain data in lease database (Horizon Land)Track Status on non-operated leases for payments, extensions and/or renewalsAnalyze legal documents for ownership transfer requests on producing propertiesGenerate request to change ownership forms for changes to division of interest files and management of revenue payments/suspenseGenerate quarterly schedules for lease expirations and renewalsGenerate monthly schedules for delay rental approvalsExperienceEntry level - up to five years of experience.
