Responsibilities : To provide oversight, support and analysis of the testing process on a global basis to ensure the successful delivery of the Finance Transformation Programme. This individual will be expected to ensure that they understand business processes and the technicalities of delivery to ensure that the systems development life cycle meets business requirements. To acquire a detailed understanding of how the business processes, data movements and flow requirements, user configuration and how end user applications interrelate with one another. Perform testing analysis to ensure that all business requirements are met. Apply the above understanding to the development of robust testing materials and processes such as test plans, test cases, test scripts & expected results.Work within pre-defined testing standards / controls and ensure adherence to said standards / controls. Lleverage, maintain and administer HP Quality Center / HP Quick Test Pro in an efficient and effective manner as well as serve as the liaison to members of the Finance user community (including members of the Finance management team) with regard to data requirements and analytical components. Support the development and ongoing support of management reporting (including creation of executive level dashboard presentations) leveraging information within and from HP Quality Center. Provide expertise and guidance to the programme on testing scope and areas of focus for parallel/live and / or transitional environment testing. Support the identification of environment requirements and ongoing maintenance needs.

Requirements : Bachelor /Master degree in business, accounting, finance or related fieldProfessional certification (s) preferred of four years proven and progressive business, audit, and/or accounting experience or equivalentStrong written and verbal communication skills, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational and interpersonal skillsProven project management skillsAbility to exercise discretion, work independently within broad guidelines, tactfully handle sensitive and confidential data and complete assignments timely.
