This includes managing data to ensure efficient interaction with plants, payable teams and suppliers. This is an entry level position that will give an introduction to the procurement department with limited involvement in category management and negotiations. Indirect Sourcing: a)Provide timely response and resolution to Heinz 57 Source system related issues from Heinz WHQ, Corp and Factory Locations. b)Responsible for all user system profiles, data parameters and administration for the Heinz 57 Source System. c)Establish best practices for system monitoring and troubleshooting. d)Ensure compliance to security and access privileges e)Manage system enhancements for future releases including test scenarios and conditions and coordinating UA testing. f)Train end-users on Heinz 57 Source. Business Engagement g)Manage all stages of Purchase contract admin from dev't of PO's, monthly maint. and closure of PO's in BPCS h)Problem solving / analysis w'in Buyer and Supplier base. Identify invoice discrepancies and execute corrective action i)Communication with Suppliers for invoice reconciliation and corrective action j)Prepare bid data for upcoming Contracts in accordance with Contract expiration dates k)Monitor Contract run-out dates and work with buyers to ensure complete PO's are in place to meet the Factory's ordering requirements l)Monthly analysis of Supplier discount term performance vs plan m)Expedite materials from Suppliers to meet factory production schedules.
