Answer inbound calls from Patients, Guarantors and Insurance carriers regarding Patient Accounts.Processes patient calls with an average direct call processing time of 3 min and an average post call processing time of 1 min to document accounts. Makes outbound calls via Dialer system to Patients and Guarantors Billing and Collections of Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial Insurances. Handle Patient disputes Offer discounts to Patients within clients guidelines. Set-up payment arrangements in system. Perform Skip Tracing on Patient accounts. Utilize Dialer tools to track telephone disconnects, no answers and system problems. Understand payor rules and regulations. Communicate issues and offer suggestions to Management for process improvements. Understand and apply federal and state rules and regulations.
