Responsibilities : The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional, courteous and prompt support for the Misys Physician Systems products. This includes ensuring client satisfaction, problem definition, prioritization, analysis, re-creation, and resolution. Job Respond to requests for assistance from clients experiencing problems with software, hardware, or operating system difficulties via telephone or Internet Meet or exceed acceptable productivity and quality standards Read distributed documentation regarding software and hardware changes and enhancements in order to be able to provide current information to clients. Provide accountability for the resolution of the client's problem by documenting and monitoring the progress of the call and the steps being taken and escalating as needed. Attend additional training classes to increase knowledge in core topics to improve customer service as well as productivity Work independently and use available tools and resources to resolve client questions and issues Interact with clients with a professional, courteous manner to promote client satisfaction Create documentation when knowledge can be shared Participate in conference calls as required Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements :BS or AS Degree in Business, Information Science, Computer Science Software, or other relevant combination of training and experience computer and Windows Operating System knowledge Familiarity with Healthcare IT solutions and Medical office environments is a plus Exceptional customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting experience, with the ability to progressively improve knowledge and troubleshooting skills through education Ability to work independently Ability to listen and analyze end user needs Ability to evaluate technical options and make decisions Ability to effectively function in a team oriented environment.
