Requirements :The Audiology/Technical Training Specialist is the training link to customers and customer support staff. They provide technical and competitive information to the organization.Other responsibilities include: (Other duties may be assigned) Conduct large group training seminars. Provide in-office training to individual customers who have been identified for this purpose. Provide input to supervisor on additional training needs and materials for Siemens Hearing Instruments. Assist in collection of competitive data. Assist coaching clinics on patient selling skills to sell Siemens and Rexton brands. Assist with clinic open houses.Job

Requirements : Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Education: Master's degree (M. A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
