Responsibilities : Description:Provides resource expertise to local and/or regional operations.Conducts activities including training, site inspections, incident investigation, emergency response, environmental remediation, and implements the programs. Training?Conducts monthly training based on training calendar.?Documents attendance and provides results and status to management. Site Inspections?Conducts well site and rig site inspections?Communicates with contractors and ensures adherence to company policies and procedures.?Generates corrective actions and ensures completion.ident Investigations?Completes incident reports in a timely fashion and submits to management.?Generates applicable corrective actions and ensures completion by the appropriate parties.?Able to learn root cause analysis for incident investigations.Emergency Response?Available 24/7 for incidents.?Hazwoper trained as a first responder.?Conducts initial response and coordinates with management and regulatory agencies as required.Environmental RemediationAbility to perform remediation for small spills typically encountered in the upstream industry.Able to operate a roto-tiller, etc., to perform typical remediation activities.Understands analysis for typical upstream chemicals.Implements programEnsures implementation of programs and procedures.Assists with the field work to update SPCCs, Tier IIs, etc.Implements recognition programs and metrics coordination.Conduct -related reviews.Ensures employees adhere to Procedures and Standards.Other activities as requested.Achieve sustainable complianceParticipates in corporate initiatives as required.Provides status to management in the form of monthly reports for training, assessments, and other leading indicators.
