Have a direct impact on real estate, design, construction, maintenance and support operations of stores, Distribution Centers or headquarters locations. Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals.As a Real Estate Analyst, you'll take the lead as you...Assist in the management and administration of the Corporation's new and existing store real estate assetsAnalyze complex legal documents in relation to development proposals from Developers and/or Landlords; as well as identify business opportunities, apply brand strategies and negotiate agreements with requesting partyAnalyze requests for estoppel certificates, SNDA's, Use Restriction Forbearances, Easements, and Right of Way DeedsNegotiate and change documents to preserve real estate interest and uphold contractual obligationsPrepare various legal documents, including Rent Commencement Letters, Lease Renewals, Letter Agreements, and Default Notices, by making modifications to standard forms to accommodate site specific factual situations and in accordance with the governing documentsFacilitate the land acquisition and the excess of property disposition closing processes through the application of company policy
