Responsibilities : The Candidate must have understanding of system and software engineering combined with understanding and knowledge of human factors issues in complex systems. Must be experienced in UI rapid prototyping tools, techniques and procedures and HFE modeling and assessment tools and techniques. Principal contributor to both technology and product development activities which include any of the following: User centric requirements definition, leading team of Human Factors engineers through complex processes, analysis and engineering, system architecting, system analysis and design, interface and data architectures, system concept definition, system architecture development, decision analysis and resolution, and risk management and processes. Functions as a resource for PMs, PIs, scientists and engineers on a variety of HFE and UI issues and tasks. Capable of providing solutions to a variety of problems that may arise in expeditious, efficient, and timely manner.

Requirements :andidate must possess exceptional leadership, written and oral communication skills, and must have demonstrated successful proposal and report writing skills. Candidate must be able to successfully work with a diverse and dynamic team of both operational and technical personnel, collaborate with team members, work independently, and take own initiative. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is required.
