Responsibilities and Requirements : Assist in performing basic service work in a specialized building system area such as mechanical, electrical / electronic, hydraulics, carpentry, painting, locksmith, machine servicing, landscaping, snow removal etc.2.Performs safety check on heating, cooling and other equipment.3.Must comply with work order system to include interpreting work orders, performing work requested and completing work orders with general direction.4.May perform the replacement of minor electrical devices.5.May operate and maintain heavy machines, forklifts or groundskeeping equipment.6.Moves furniture and equipment as assigned.7.May assist in layout, construction and repair of a variety of plant or office structures such as walls, partitions, doors, concrete forms, raised floors, ceiling tiles or roofs. 8.Assists in the selection and layout of required materials per work orders or verbal instructions.9.May be required to assist with requisitioning new supplies and equipment.10.Complies with all company critical site policies and procedures and adheres to company standards.
