Responsibilities : Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services relevant to the casing gaming industry.Specifically, leadthe development of strategies and specific product management plans and activities for a combination of casino gaming-related product lines to ensure maximum returns from products placed in the market and to ensure the right products are in the market at the right time.Oversee the management of product development plans of large, complex product modules based on customer scope requests.Develop casing gaming-related marketing plans for assigned product lines to establish, enhance and distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Determine product features and functionality, project management development or enhancement process, product positioning, product advocacy, and sales support.Prepare casino gaming-related marketing materials and promotional concepts to enhance trade, consumer advertisement and product literature and participate in setting pricing strategies.Work closely with customers and engineering teams to develop product specifications and requirements that fit customer needs and remain within the scope of business plans, regulatory needs, and product development vision.Work closely with Compliance on existing and proposed regulations and minimum internal controls.

Requirements :achelor degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Casino Management, Hospitality Management, Marketing, Economics or relatedfield, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a Marketing or Casino Gaming Management-related occupation.·Management in a casino gaming environment.·Microsoft Excel and Visual to create jackpot probability models and simulations·Creating jackpot and bonus applications including market analysis, product adoption and product implementation for single site and wide area networked operations.·Utilizing mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference in developing electronic casino gaming systems and advanced jackpot probability models.
