Responsibilities and Requirements : Compliance CounselDuties: The candidate ensures corporate compliance with various federal and state laws and oversees the implementation and effective operation of a comprehensive corporate compliance program. Drafts procedural documents and policies to effectuate a comprehensive compliance program. Coordinates and conducts investigations to ensure that complaints and concerns are adequately investigated and addressed and provides assistance with various monitoring and auditing activities, as needed. Assists in litigation review process by analyzing potential and actual lawsuits, develops analyses regarding validity of issues, and recommends solutions for both resolving matter and future changes that may need to be implemented in company operations. Provides support to Counsel's Office with statutory interpretations and implementation.
