Responsibilities : Designs,codes, tests, debugs and implements computer systemsAnalyzes, reviews, revises and resolves computer program problemsAnalyzes divisionsbusiness needs to best determine automation solutionsPrepares comprehensive documentation of new and existing systemsEvaluates existing applications for requirements, software releases or equipment configurationsPromotes and effectively manages good customer service and satisfactionAttends work regularly in accordance with agency leave policyComplies with all agency policies and procedures, including but not limited to applicable security and safety rules, regulations and standards Performs related work as assigned.

Requirements :High school graduation or equivalentGraduation from an accredited four-year college or university; may substitute full-time programming experience for t he required education on a yearforyear basisTwoyears full-time programming experienceBroad experience in problem solvingExperience in working with customers in a partnership to develop solutionsKnowledge of automated data processing equipment, systems, and methodsEffective written and verbal communication skillsSkill in performing detailed work accuratelySkill in using a computer for word-processing and data entry/retrieval Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelors degree in business, data processing, computer science, MIS, CIS, or closely related disciplineExperience with Java SE/EE 5 and 6Experience with Eclipse 3 or aboveExperience with JBoss Developer StudioExperience coding in Transact-SQLExperience with any of the following: Microsoft SQL Server, Sybase, MySQLExperience with J2EE and JBoss Application ServerExperience with any of the following: JSF, Facelets, JPA, RichFaces, SeamTRAVEL10% percent required.
