This requires staying current on all changes. Work with Loss Mitigation and Customer Service to assist them in qualifying loans and keep them informed of underwriting practices and decisions Track and monitor daily activities for loans in process

Requirements :High School diploma or Educational equivalent One to three years underwriting experience Ability to advise others and identify and present recommended courses of action Advanced analysis and interpretation of technical and detailed guidelines, policies, and procedures Excellent communication and customer service skills, the ability to compile and analyze information, ability to work in a fast-paced environment Serve as the training or troubleshooting resource to others Must have the ability to multi task and meet deadlines is committed to offering you a comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
