Responsibilities and Requirements : This position will be filled for Hurlburt Field, FL location. The Hurlburt Field Site manager is responsible for all site operations in support of Air Force Special Operations aircrew training, to include: O&M operations include aircrew instruction, courseware and curriculum revision and maintenance (R&M), and contractor logistical support for a variety of training devices and Distributed Mission Operations for Training. The site manager will be the primary interface between the Government and Lockheed Martin for all matters pertaining to the execution of the site activities on the Contract. The Hurlburt Site Manager has full responsibility for all elements of the ATARS II site at Hurlburt Field, including the cost, schedule and technical performance of all Hurlburt Field based program elements. Applicants will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Standard Job DescriptionDirects all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
