Responsibilities and Requirements : Responsible for the administration and oversight of maintenance initial and continuing training programs that includes Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Instrument and Controls, Maintenance Supervisor Training, and Leadership Development programs.Additionally, this person is responsible for development and maintenance of all training materials using systematic approach to training methodologies to ensure training materials and programs are maintained current and within industry and regulatory standards.This person is responsible for supervision and development of maintenance training instructional and support staff.Monitors plant and human performance and provides guidance to using training as a strategic tool to improve overall plant and human performance.
