Large automotive supplier in Michigan is searching for a Quality Director. BS degree required with 20 + years of automotive quality management experience required. Candidate would have indirect quality responsibility for 11 manufacturing plants located in the USA, Europe, and the Pacific Rim. Should have strong experience in TS16949, customer and supplier interface, quality management systems, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, DOE, etc. Automotive parts supplier experience required; no OEM experience will be considered. As a minimum of 50% travel is required, candidate may be able to live near one of the manufacturing sites in the US. This is a new position that reports to the corporate Vice President of Quality
