A wholesale pet product distributor located in Schertz, Texas, has immediate openings for Warehouse Supervisors and Managers. These positions will supervise and coordinate non-supervisory employees performing the order selecting, packing, loading and billing of customers.

Responsibilities include

* Determining work procedure, preparing work schedule, and expediting workflow
* Organizing work based on delivery of orders; making necessary changes to orders and/or routing to achieve accuracy and efficiency
* Advising employees on care and preservation of items handled; and method and use of equipment
* Interviewing, hiring, and training employees
* Rewarding and disciplining employees
* Addressing complaints and resolving problems
* AIB knowledge

Must have a minimum two years warehouse supervisory experience, along with dock and truck loading knowledge and experience. Must have Microsoft Office and billing software knowledge and experience. Distribution experience is highly preferred. Must possess excellent leadership and organization skills with a positive attitude. Lone Star Pet Supply promotes from within the organization.
