REQUIREMENTS:

· Clean background check

· Active driver?s license in good standing

· A diligent work ethic and dependability

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· A positive attitude and self-motivated

· Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment

ADVANTAGES:

· Computer literate (Microsoft Office and/or database applications)

· Knowledge of lighting or other like technical/mechanical products or services

· Experience with electrical work

· Bilingual (Spanish)

· Familiarity with Mid town Manhattan and Fordham Bronx communities
