We are looking for the right person to manage the flow of work requests that come into our office each day, track them in our ticketing system, assign them to technicians to complete, and keep the customer and management informed of any issues, questions, or delays that might occur.
Duties:
• Receive customer requests via phone or email and log them into our ticketing system
• Maintain, assign, and follow up all issues logged through ticketing system
• Keep customer informed of the status of their requests
• Schedule work and projects for technicians
• Maintain service level metrics, efficient workflow, and profitability
• Light technical work and telephone troubleshooting (training will be provided)
Qualifications/Requirements:
• A passion for helping people
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to make a plan, follow through and help others do the same
• Excellent communication, phone, and customer service skills
• Ability to maintain and enforce priorities and adjust when necessary
• Basic knowledge of computers and how people interact with them as a system, "Power User" knowledge is a plus.
40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
