Executive Assistant - Electronic Media Management - (US-NY-Pearl River - 10965) Minimum Education: None Job Type: Full Time Jobcode: N/A Email this job to yourself or to a friend | Job Match Test | Resume Guide Click Here to Apply Online Responsibilities: Assist in meeting planning and preparation work - correspond with internal and external attendees on agenda and timing, compile information and presentationsPrepare draft documents/reports/correspondence for review or signature from dictationCoordinate calendar/appointments - schedule meetings and travel to maximize time and efficiencyPlan and schedule travel to best suit time managementTyping for emails and letters with accuracy and speedHandle customer calls and inquiries, arrange callbacks, redirects, or follow up personally to resolve as appropriateReview incoming mail, prioritize, check deadlines and do preliminary research on communication that needs responding to, drafting response for review when neededCoordinate and plan all necessary travel arrangements for meetings, act as liaison for information to other departmentsReview and process expense reportsPerform various special projects as needed.General Administrative:Support assigned managers as needed including coordinating office organization, conference room equipment and supplies, and department activitiesEstablish and maintain a comprehensive filing system to ensure retention of reliable/current data and easy information retrievalCompile and update various monthly reportsRespond appropriately to incoming telephone and email communications acting as the €śgo to€ť person for questions and directionProvide clerical, analytical and other support on projects as requestedProactively request additional work or projects as schedule permitsSupport teamwork environment and act as a source of information for the department. Requirements: Computer SkillsTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong proficiency with the MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; proficiency in proprietary applications, including SMART, a plus.Education and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university preferred; and a minimum of three years of related experience in a corporate environment preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Other Skills and AbilitiesHigh level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism .
