Responsibilities: In addition, the Account Manager provides client consulting and overall program management of marketing campaigns such as: direct mail, email channel and internet.Key Qualities Sought in a Candidate:·Charismatic, Passionate personality focused on forming and driving successful senior level client contacts with the ability grow client relationships through knowledge and innovation.·High energy leader with the ability to motivate and lead an internal team in the successful execution of projects, programs and campaigns while acting as the primary client contact.·Prior experience providing complex marketing and business solutions through a strategic consulting approach while maintaining the genuine desire to serve others.·Excellent project management skills and abilities - ex. setting schedules with teams.·High attention to detail for activities such as billing.·Top-level verbal and written skills for communications, presentations and documentation.Skills/RequirementsDesired Skills/RequirementsRelevant undergraduate degree required with advanced degree preferred.Travel requirements: 20 - 40% per business needMinimum of 5 years experience in direct marketing or consulting; preferred experience in business or technology consulting from “big 5” or similar firms; with at least 2-3 years experience in growing and managing complex client relationships with senior level client contacts.Must demonstrate knowledge of strategic planning, requirements definition, and tactical execution related to process change while managing multi-faceted engagements of fast passed dynamic client teams.Experience conducting analysis and applying to consulting frameworks supporting projects such as: gap analysis and future state recommendations; translate data, analysis, ideas and recommendations into compelling deliverables to help improve client’s marketing and technology results. .
